In our last issue, we asked you to ‘Tell Us Like It Is’, through various avenues: Business Reviews, Net Promoter surveys, Happy-or-Not polling stations and by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Since then, we have deployed additional Happy-or-Not units across our national network and are pleased to report that we now have stations at these locations: Burnaby, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Mississauga, Quebec City, Montreal and Bedford.
With over 1500 responses so far, we are listening! In this short time, your feedback on “how we’re doing” has already lead to tangible actions in the following areas:
- We’ve reorganized how staff shift changes are managed and coordinated to ensure you receive immediate attention when you arrive at our sample reception facilities;
- We’ve recognized and celebrated a number of Maxxam colleagues who have been called out specifically by customers for delivering exceptional Customer Experience;
- We’ve spoken with our coffee suppliers to ensure there’s always plenty of “joe” when you need it!
Please know that we are committed to delivering positive engagement experiences at every one of your touch-points with Maxxam. Our intention is to make Maxxam easier to work with, and to help you be more successful!
